Do I need to know anything technical?

No. You explain how the work happens today, in your words. We turn that into the setup and show your staff how to use it.

Which tools do you use?

WhatsApp Business API (we are a Meta Tech Provider), Google Sheets and Workspace, Make, Zapier, n8n, ChatGPT and Claude, and our own platform when it fits. The plan names each one and what it costs you.

Is my customer data safe?

It stays in accounts you own. We only touch what a workflow needs, and we are happy to sign an NDA before the first call.

What if the AI gets an answer wrong?

It answers only from what you approve and hands over to a person when it is unsure. We test it on your real past questions before it talks to a customer.

How long does setup take?

It depends on how many tasks you hand over. The plan gives you a date before you pay for setup.

What if I stop the retainer?

Everything stays in your accounts and keeps running. You simply look after it yourself from then on.
